When I was a little girl I knew that one day I wanted to own my own shop. I have always been autodidactic; possessing a simultaneous love for learning and creating, and having spawned from a long line of intensely creative and skilled women. I have never been the kind of person to sit still, and I often pick up new hobbies merely for the sake of using my free time productively. I possess over 15 years experience in crafting jewelry of all mediums, and I am a self-taught silversmith.
Jewelry has always been a particular passion; my first "business" was a simple beaded jewelry operation in junior high as part of a class project. After high school, out of a necessity to generate income, I began my first online shop where I sold costume jewelry I crafted from vintage sterling components. In 2012, I created my first quartz crystal tiara, but since nobody else was making them there was no market, and I was so uncertain as to how they would be received that I kept it to myself for over a year.
In 2014 I finally took a leap and purchased the tools and supplies necessary to teach myself to smith silver. It took two YouTube videos, (one to learn how to fill the torch without blowing myself up, and one to learn how to actually use the solder), and once I soldered that first connection joint, there was absolutely no going back. I have been melting sterling silver and setting gemstones ever since!

I am, appropriately so, a fire sign: an Aries, and my most treasured people alive today are also all fire signs. In my personal life I am passionate about culture and language, especially those of my Germanic, Scandinavian, and Celtic heritage. A polyglot with the knowledge of English and German, and an academic background in Russian, Japanese and French, I am currently teaching myself Norwegian, Danish and Swedish in my free time. I am a self-professed "serial-Googler", with a love of physics, cosmology, astronomy, linguistics, etymology, and my absolute favorite way to unwind is with a book in my hand and a sweet treat in the other! I am a published model and writer, having appeared in magazines such as Prysm, Editorial, Coilhouse, and Devour.
